NIA FOR BEGINNERS
New to Nia and wondering where to start? The good news is that every Nia class is suitable for new students, even if you haven't moved for a while or have two left feet! Come as you are... Nia meets you where you're at!
There’s no one way to do Nia. That’s because it’s all about you, reconnecting with your body, listening to the voice inside that remembers how good it can feel to move and celebrate life, no matter what age, body shape, fitness level or ability. We call it Joy of Movement. It's the secret to reclaiming your vitality, your health, your power, wherever you are in your body and life journey.
Our Nia community has a culture of kindness - there’s no judgment and no pressure to keep up or “get it right”. Throughout every class you’ll be offered choices so you can personalise your movement, tuning into your body to find pleasure and ease.
While it’s natural to feel a little awkward when you’re beginning something new, most students say they're more confident and comfortable within a few classes. That's one of the reasons I offer 7 DAYS FOR $7.
